Nightbitch is a darkly comedic and chilling psychological thriller that follows the story of an unnamed suburban mother (played by Amy Adams) who begins to suspect that she is slowly transforming into a dog. As the boundaries between her human and animal instincts blur, she grapples with the overwhelming pressures of motherhood, identity, and mental unraveling. Adapted from the novel by Rachel Yoder, the film dives into the terrifying and absurd with sharp wit, exploring the complex, sometimes primal side of womanhood and the fragility of self. With a mix of surreal horror and biting humor, Nightbitch offers a haunting look at the intersection of personal transformation and societal expectations.
